These terms govern your use of the ALAYA™ website at alayamove.com (the “Site”) and any waitlist or email subscription you join. By using the Site or signing up, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ALAYA™ is a performance apparel brand currently in development. Our products are not yet available for sale. The Site exists to share our brand, gather interest through our waitlist, and keep subscribers informed ahead of launch.

Joining our waitlist registers your interest and consents you to receive marketing emails from us. It does not create an order, reservation, or guarantee of purchase.

• Product availability, pricing, sizing, and launch timing are not final and may change.
• Any founding-member benefits or early-access pricing are offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn before launch.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

ALAYA™ Origin is in active development. Images, colours, fabrics, and descriptions on the Site reflect our current design direction and may evolve through prototyping and production. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

All content on the Site — including the ALAYA™ name and marks, logos, text, photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to ALAYA™ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Submit false information or another person's email address without permission.

The Site may link to third-party platforms such as our social media pages and our email provider. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALAYA™ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms as ALAYA™ grows and moves toward launch. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
