ALAYA™ (“ALAYA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a performance apparel brand. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit alayamove.com or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what you choose to give us:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates.
• Size preference — when you select a size while joining the waitlist, so we can plan our first production run.
• Approximate location — when you join our waitlist we record your IP address and use it to determine your country, region and city. We use this to understand where our community is and to plan which markets we launch in. We do not use it to identify you individually.
• How you found us — the website or link that brought you here, such as Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, and any campaign tag in the link. This tells us which channels are working.
• Basic usage data — anonymous information such as pages visited, collected through standard web analytics to help us improve the site.

We do not collect payment information at this stage, as ALAYA™ is not yet selling products.

• To send you launch updates, early access, and founder news you signed up for.
• To understand demand and plan sizing and inventory for our first collection.
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

We will never sell your personal information. We only email you if you have given us consent, and you can opt out at any time.

We use Klaviyo, a trusted email marketing platform, to store our waitlist and send our emails. Your data is held securely on their systems and processed only on our instructions. You can read Klaviyo's privacy practices on their website.

We use a small number of cookies and standard analytics tools to understand how our site is used and to keep it working properly. These do not identify you personally. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any moment using the link at the bottom of any message we send.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. Once you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your details from our active lists.

We may update this policy from time to time as ALAYA™ grows. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
